$500/mo plus 20% of your Aria-related subscription revenue. Lower barrier to start, upside that scales with you rather than capping at a flat fee.
It needs reported revenue and a right to audit, so there’s more admin on both sides — and once you’re at scale the flat tier pays you better. We offer it selectively, usually to partners with real distribution and a reason to watch cash flow.

Partner questions.
No, and it's in the agreement. We don't market to a partner's client list, ever. We're volunteering this before you ask because we know it's the thing you're actually worried about.
You handle tier one — your clients' questions, config changes, content updates. We handle tier two — platform bugs, outages, billing, feature questions. Your clients escalate to you, you escalate to us, and they never learn we exist. You get a direct escalation path, and shared Slack at Partner Scale.
Full data export at any time, a 90-day wind-down clause in writing, and source escrow available at the Platform tier. It's a fair question to ask a young company and we'd rather answer it plainly than get defensive.
Entirely. We don't cap or floor what you charge, and we don't publish a suggested retail price that undercuts you. Most partners land between $199 and $399 a month.
Twelve months. Rebranding and enablement are real costs on our side, and a three-month partner loses us money. Your rate is locked for the term, with 60 days' notice on any renewal change.
Non-exclusive by default. Exclusivity by vertical is negotiable at the Platform tier against a meaningful minimum commitment.
Once you're trained, about a day of your own effort per client. At Partner Scale the provisioning API means you can create tenants programmatically instead of clicking through a form.
